Policing is a rewarding and respected career that provides opportunities for growth, variety and a chance to make a difference in your community. It also offers great benefits and long-term financial security.
The EPS is looking for energetic, passionate and dedicated women to join our team. It’s a priority of EPS that our officers reflect the diversity of the communities we serve. The EPS currently has more than 410 female police officers from the constable all the way up to Superintendent rank. This section provides you with the information you need to decide if policing is for you.
