When you make the EPS team, you make friends for life.

Working for the EPS means that you are working within a large team working towards a common goal — to make our city safer. EPS members are never far off if there is trouble and we are committed to ensuring our officers are safe, trained, and having fun! Members build on this team atmosphere with their groups (squads) of co-workers, by participating in team events and recognizing each other’s accomplishments.

We care deeply about employee wellness and have created the Edmonton Police Association to protect our members in that regard. The EPA looks after our mental health needs and also provides on-site peer groups and medical health care professionals should the need arise. We want our members to give the community their best, so we ensure the best for our members.
