Inspection part of training
Prior to the start of a long day of training, RTC #125 underwent an inspection.

Since policing is a paramilitary organization, officers have strict guidelines for the uniform. During an inspection, the higher ranks walk around literally inspecting the uniforms and general appearance.

They’re looking for lint, loose threads, scuffed boots, tie tack and nameplate location, and tidy hair under the hat.
Inspection instills the pride and honour each officer should have for wearing the uniform.
After inspection, the class went on to have a full day of class and fitness training.
