ACT and APCAT Registration Form

An Application to the Edmonton Police Service is a requirement to write the APCAT or ACT exams.

Applicants should not submit the on-line form below unless otherwise instructed.  Candidates should first submit a complete Application package, after which an EPS member will contact suitable candidates and give instructions in respect of scheduling testing and interviews.

If an applicant passes the ACT and APCAT, he/she will progress to the PARE stage.  Successful completion of the PARE with a pass time is valid for 6 months. 

For times and locations, please see under ACT and APCAT Testing.  Applicants write both tests on the same day, one test following the other and candidates are required for most of the day.

If you have been instructed to schedule exams, please ensure that you select a session date - if you are writing both tests, you must select the same session date for each. If you have passed one test but failed the other, then only select a session date for the test you now need to re-write.
